Return &  Refund Policy 

We at Friends Pawever want you and your dog to love what you’ve purchased from us, but If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at friendspaweverpr@gmail.com 

Return

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, for damage or incorrect products.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the original condition, unworn, unused or unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at friendspaweverpr@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Return costs are at the expense of the customer and shipping costs will not be refunded (except in the case of damaged stock or where we have made an error). If you believe your parcel was damaged in transit please notify us immediately. Please retain the damaged product and its packaging as we may need proof to claim the cost of the item and postage from the shipping company

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as treats), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and dog care goods (such as shampoos, perfumes, lotions). You can always contact us for any return question or concerns about your specific item at friendspaweverpr@gmail.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchange

We do NOT accept exchanges at this time. We recommend following the return policy above for the return of your product. For this reason we highly recommend you measure your pet against each product's individual size guide in the case of collars, harnesses and clothing etc prior to purchasing
