Friends Pawever began with a simple act of love.
When our founder, Miladis Ramirez, rescued Max, she wanted to make better choices for him—especially after learning he had health needs that made ingredients matter even more. What started as homemade treats prepared especially for Max soon revealed something bigger: pet parents in Puerto Rico deserved more natural, thoughtfully made options for the dogs they love.
That idea became Friends Pawever.
Today, every treat is handcrafted in Puerto Rico in small batches using human-grade ingredients, with no artificial flavors and no added salt or sugar. From classic oven-baked biscuits to functional recipes, training treats and fun Greek yogurt-frosted creations, every product begins with the same belief:
